Little Caesars Pizza - Los Lunas

Terrible experience! I placed an online order expecting it to be ready in 30 minutes as stated on the website. However, it took an hour and a half. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were 14 people in the lobby, all upset and waiting for their orders. The staff seemed overwhelmed and were rude. To add to the chaos, there was food all over the floor. When I finally received my order and got home, I discovered that it was wrong, and the breadsticks and cheesy bread were raw. This restaurant has severely disappointed me. I used to be a fan of Little Caesars in the past, but this location in my new town is a complete disaster. I would not recommend wasting your time, money, health, or sanity at this place. Unfortunately, it seems beyond repair. My husband and I visited this restaurant for pizza. When we walked in, loud music was playing and no one came to greet us. A woman with short, dark hair saw us but did not help as she had her back turned the entire time. I tried to get their attention by approaching her, but a big man with a smile on his face was too busy to assist. The woman was not wearing gloves, licked her fingers while handling food, and did not have her hair tied up, violating food safety protocol. I was appalled by the lack of hygiene. They disappeared to the back once they noticed our presence. The service was poor, and the atmosphere was disappointing. I wish I could upload a photo as proof of their negligence. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not have the pizza that was advertised and ended up charging more for the pizzas we did purchase. The service was rated a 2 out of 5, and the atmosphere also received a 2 out of 5. The meal type was take out for dinner, with a price range of $20-30 per person. The food received a rating of 3 out of 5.

Tonight 7/23/23 I Ordered 2 pep pizza’s and a slices and stix it was so dry and thin barley any sauce. It was literally like eating a freaking cracker it was horrible couldn’t even finish our food. Even the dogs Looked at us like we were crazy trying to give them a slice. They didn’t even want it Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Dirty, disorderly, definitely go somewhere else. This place is nasty, not the pizza but everything else. Plus it’s crazy that every worker in town is high at work. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
