Despite this, my ultimate omelet was hot, but the hash browns were cold. The toast was cold and had strange yellow bubbles on it. When I asked for a milkshake, I was told the ice machine had been broken for over a month. When it came time to pay the bill, the host didn't have change for $100. Eventually, I was given my change in nickels. Our server, Patricia J, did her best, but it was clear that the staff needed more training to handle the busy lunch rush. I suggest that the restaurant management take action to improve the overall customer experience.
Every time I come to this restaurant, there seems to be an issue. This time, half of the menu items were not available because the cooks had stopped preparing food 2 hours before closing. It was frustrating that our original server was unattentive and unwilling to assist us, but thankfully another waitress took over our table and provided excellent service for the remainder of our meal. Despite the hiccups, the overall dining experience was average and it was evident that one person was carrying the entire workload.
I had a great experience at this restaurant until I encountered an issue with their customer service. I work overnight shifts, so when my coworkers and I ordered food from this place, we relied on a designated person to pick up the order. I paid for the meals and went to collect them at the specified time on the website, only to find the restaurant closed with no one there. The next morning, when I called to address the situation, the manager was unhelpful and suggested I get a refund online. I was upset that I had spent $100 on a meal that I never received due to their inaccurate operating hours on their website. They should update their website to reflect their actual closing time, which may vary depending on the day. Due to this frustrating experience, my colleagues and I have decided not to order from this restaurant again, especially late at night. Overall, we were disappointed by their lack of service.

Dead as hell took over 10 mins for seating service literally 3 tables there took over 30 mins for food to get to table and appetizer came to us at the same time as food and was cold fry’s over salted charged me for bacon I never gotWaitress was nice but not focused at all… 7 employees 5 standing around gossiping not helping and we could hear there convo and no ac at time
