Chili's Grill - Los Lunas

The waitstaff did a great job. Our server, Alyssa, was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Despite it being only the second day of the restaurant reopening, they were running smoothly. Because of this, we will definitely be returning. Great job, Chili's!

I placed a last minute food order and had to pick it up myself, but it was worth it. The servers were lovely, and the food was delicious.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! I called in to see if I could place an online order earlier than planned but they couldn't find my order in their system. I spoke with an employee named John who was incredibly helpful and apologetic for the tech problem. He assisted me in placing my order without any issues and was very friendly throughout the process. He even offered to have someone bring my mother a drink while she waited outside. Although I may prefer calling in for curb-side pickup in the future, I would still highly recommend this location based on the excellent service I received from John.

The Smoke House Combo for two at $20 was enough for two meals! I ordered the baby back ribs and sausage, and both were delicious. The ribs were so tender and flavorful, they could rival those of champion grill masters! The wait staff was amazing and set a great example for other restaurants in town that have room for improvement. The only downside was the sales pitch we received when being seated. I'm constantly marketed to everywhere I go, so I was not thrilled about it here too. However, the food and service definitely made up for it!
