Burger King - Los Lunas

My recent visit to Burger King was utterly disappointing. The cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The entire place seemed neglected, with years of grime buildup evident throughout. Hair adorned the edges of the floor, creating an unappetizing atmosphere. The restroom, reminiscent of a truck stop facility, emitted an unpleasant odor. To add to the dismay, food wrappers and cardboard displayed conspicuous black fingerprints, reflecting a lack of hygiene in food preparation. The playground area was a disaster, strewn with trash all over the floor. Furthermore, the inconvenience continued as the ice machine was out of order, adding a final touch to an overall unsatisfactory experience.

BEWARE when you place an online order as they have items on the menu that they DO NOT HAVE AVAILABLE. AND after you pay on the app THEYVWILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. I'm not a lawyer BUT I am pretty sure it's ILLEGAL TO FALSE ADVERTISE.

Takes forever in the drive up better off going inside 26 minutes drive up today last time it was 30

My order was missing a sandwich at the drive up, they made me bring my receipt in, the person that was at the drive up said they would fix it no problem, the manager on duty was extremely rude, especially to the drive up employee, the manager on duty shouted out exactly what to make to the line staff, the manager then gave me a pice of chicken, mayo and lettuce on a bun, exactly what was said to the line staff, while lookingat me like i was un truthful. I ordered a bacon swiss chicken sandwich that I payed for. I didn't even go back inside to get what I paid for because I felt so disrespected...
