I bought a couple of drinks the other night from this location and it was the most disappointing drinks I ever gotten in Starbucks EVER! I brought it back the following day to show them how bad it was to see what they would do about it. Luckily Shannon was there and she personally made me another set of drinks and gave me my money back on my card. Shannon was very kind, courteous, and made me feel at ease. She handled the situation with grace and I admire that about her. She even offered me any pastries I would like but I kindly declined the offer. A person like Ms Shannon is one of the reasons why I keep coming back to Starbucks. Thank you Ms. Shannon for your great customer service. I greatly appreciate you.
Says open till 12am and that?s not accurate at all. Drove here at 9:50pm for a drink before work just to be waiting for absolutely nothing. At least have the courtesy to your customers to update the times if you won?t be open as posted.
Their drinks always have expired milk. It happened to me two times, and they were so rude and didn't care about people health. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE, YOU WILL GET SICK
This location is the worse! They are always out of something and never want to work. Today for the third time I order ahead in the app only for the doors to be locked at 6:30pm with a sign on the door that says they are closing at 7pm. The people inside see me and just shooo me to the drive thru that has about 6 cars in it already. If I had time to wait in a drive thru I wouldn?t order ahead and now the app doesn?t have a customer service number for help! Absolutely insane!! I?m done with this place!!!
The lobby at some point started closing at 7pm. The mobile app nor Google reflect this (shows 11 pm close). I went to pickup my mobile order today 7:11 pm and the door was lock, staff was visible in the store sitting and laughing at my confusion as to why the door was locked. This was a poor display of customer service. I went to the drive thru and was told the door reflects the change but I can't confirm, if it does it doesn't standout especially when someone walks up to an establishment that is clearly open you see lighting, staff, cars in the drive thru after you made a pickup order for in person pickup on the app.
