Ocha - Los Angeles

If they are looking for authentic Thai cuisine,I do not recommend to eat here, good is decent, but customer service is bad,I ignoreLadies and do not pay attention, see how it is their first day on the job,if it is not like the original ocha in la,I would rather eat some McDonald’s than coming here,and the price is not fair enough to eat. they do not even offer water and they are most of the time on their devices, no effort to come here to really, no respect before Thai culture either, people have a job and can not seem to do it right.

Came with my young men to get suppe. if I had read the reviews, I could not have come. older women are extremely rude and they give one-way plates and pick. they don't have a hot tee or something.

They must order first, then they must sit, they give them disposable plates and other containers. the food was good and quickly came to the table.

This special ocha is a jewel. I love the pad see ew with her amazing tofu or huh. her chicken cure (a side of rice is so good and tasty. a bit different from any other yellow curry I had. so good! they also have amazing posters and suppening that I have seen in the restaurant, I have to try. they are fast too!

I came in to this place, and first of all, the old lady up front isn't even wearing a mask, just a face shield, but I tried to ignore that. Then, I was trying to order a specific soup and when I pointed at the menu asking if it was that one, the lady taking my order just nodded. I assumed that she knew what I was asking for. I had to pay upfront before getting my food, and once we got our food, it wasn't what I had asked for. When I told them that I wanted the soup, they insisted that I ordered that. The lady just kept fighting back that it had been my mistake and I had to keep the food since I ordered that. I insisted that I didn't want to take the food and she kept talking over me and wouldn't listen to me. I was trying to tell her that I wouldn't mind paying the difference if what I wanted was more expensive but she just kept interrupting me and being completely rude. They weren't willing to listen or work something out with me. Sadly, I ended up walking out without any food, even after I had already paid for it. Definitely don't go here, terrible customer service.
