I want to thank your fantastic employee for being so helpful and always having a smile, even though it was hidden behind a mask. We appreciate the great service and look forward to visiting again soon.

This restaurant is amazing and always clean. It can get a little messy at times, but the staff cleans it up right away. It's a great place to bring your children, but please make sure they behave for the sake of other guests. There are a lot of options to choose from. I will definitely be back soon.

The music at the restaurant was very loud and unpleasant, making it difficult to fully enjoy the otherwise lovely experience. I highly suggest playing classical music or jazz instead. Personally, I find it challenging and mentally disruptive to be in a place that constantly plays music all day.

There was a very pleasant young lady working at the counter tonight. The staff is always so patient with my young granddaughters. And the yogurt is absolutely delicious.

My friends and I were on a walk and we decided to stop by to get frozen yogurt. We didn't know we were gonna stop by so we didn't bring any masks. We went in and asked politely for mask so we can order. I'm pretty sure the stores are legally required to provide masks to costumers. I am very disappointed in Menchie's customer service. I will not be coming in again.
