Mcdonald's - Los Angeles

We ordered a small ice cream cone that was served to us like a child, and then we decided to order another cone that was a regular size and served in a more uniform manner. Both ice cream cones tasted delicious.

This restaurant has extremely poor customer service - rude and disrespectful. If you enjoy being treated well, avoid this place. The staff is known for their bad attitudes and will not hesitate to make your dining experience unpleasant.

Every time I order something here, they always forget the sauce that I specifically requested. The food tastes old and I even paid for extra sauce.

The food at this restaurant is consistently delicious, but the fries for delivery should be hot when they are placed in the bag.

I was working in the city area and had about 30 minutes before I started, so I decided to go to this McDonald's. I was hoping to quickly use the facilities and place an order since it was open. However, I ended up waiting for 8 minutes before someone took my order. After another 10 minutes (which I needed to use the facilities), I asked one of the staff members about the status of my order. She told me that the system was not set up yet, which was frustrating. It was unacceptable that the service was so slow, especially when it comes to getting food. Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was not quick or efficient, at least not on that day.
