Kenbey Sushi - Los Angeles

Absolutely incredible, best sushi I have had in Los Angeles. Go for the omakase.

とても綺麗で新しいお店でした。もちろんネタは新鮮で、臭みの無い美味しい魚の旨味を味わえました。またお寿司は、口のなかで優しく溶けていく感じに幸せを感じます。蟹の唐揚げがパリッパリで、驚きの美味さ。お勧めは、メニューに無いシェフのおまかせコース。お寿司以外の小料理も付き、食べる順番が良く、飽きのこない料理が続きます。特別なお祝いなどには良いかも。

AMAZING! Everything I ate was transcendent, everyone who works here is absolutely lovely, and the vibe is very chill and inviting. I could eat here every night. Splurge on the omakase and you will die and go to heaven!!

I had an incredible experience at the restaurant getting almost exclusive attention from Chef Kenji for an omakase meal. I visited on a Friday night at 8 PM and was the only one at the sushi bar. I chose the $100 omakase option and decided to include Hokkaido scallop and Santa Barbara uni at the end. Chef Kenji was very personable and offered insightful commentary to enhance my enjoyment of the food. I can't wait to return again!

The restaurant was very good, but it was quite basic and overpriced for its location. I would consider giving it another try, but I didn't leave feeling eager to return. It is what it is.
