El Pollo Loco - Los Angeles

8/27 I ordered a double chicken avocado shell. They used dark meeting of leg and thighs, and this shell came with white chicken breast. Not sure whether it's like that in all pollen or just this, but no lie, it ruined my taste buds. I never tried, dog. Meat, but that's how I think it tastes. The chicken seems the cheapest chicken and the taste is bad quality, I am finished with Pollo Loco.

Waited 20 mins to order and a half hour to get my salad.. they had forgotten about me and the salad looked like it was made in a hurry, sloppy. Very displeased. Also the cherry coke and dr pepper and coke was empty. Waited another 12 mins to get my soda.

This place has no AC I feel sooo bad for all workers? Cooking chicken hard work and do it all in this weather. LA is in the 100 rn they get some AC or at least fans!!!

I'm not doing what's going on with hispanic business. Instead of improving, they go down the toilet. When you go to the white area business, they are more interested. You ask if you need condimenta instead of asking. With us, you in these restaurants you must fight and argue with them to give you. The managers make such LAMBISCONES out of the employees I told my family, all have to come to TWIST my arm and buy again from this place. They can check their cameras as long as they want, I'm not their Vustomer anymore. That's bad because my family LOVE pollo loco, but I'm the ONE that goes to get it. But now they've lost all the business that comes from my family. The star is just because my family likes it and because I need it to do the review. I had the hope that they improved, but only the worst.
