Starbucks - Los Alamos

I stopped by for a cold brew and, right away, I noticed that both napkin dispensers were empty—very frustrating! It seemed intentional, but it was ridiculous. Additionally, the handwashing station had no soap in any of the dispensers, and the hand sanitizer was empty as well. I also observed an employee leaving the restroom and heading straight to the work area without washing their hands, which was concerning since the handwashing area is in plain view outside the bathroom. To top it off, the coffee tasted watered down and took an eternity to arrive.

I ordered at the counter and waited for 10 minutes, despite there being no cars in line and very few customers inside. Unfortunately, my order was not fulfilled, and no one bothered to ask why I was standing there for so long. There were at least five employees present, yet I ultimately had to inquire about the status of my order. The customer service definitely needs improvement.

I arrived at the restaurant, but nobody was at the counter. After waiting for more than 10 minutes without anyone showing up, I decided to leave and went to the other Starbucks a couple of miles away.

Never experienced it since it wasn't open during it's normal hours of operation

Espresso machine usually seems to be out.coffee terminology created confusion while ordering.It's nice to get coffee from before shopping. You won't get the best coffee in the world. But it will be warm and will have caffeine. A little too close to BBQ for me to be able to enjoy it as a coffee shop.
