Cafe Sushi - Los Alamos

The sushi is delicious, and the owners are very friendly. While the roll selection isn't extensive, the fresh flavors, beautifully presented rolls, and great prices will leave you very satisfied. I highly recommend it for sushi lovers!

The sushi here is excellent—truly the best in Los Alamos. The owner is very dedicated to quality; he won’t hesitate to close the restaurant if they can't serve fish of the highest standard.

The chef and staff are not only incredibly friendly, but they also create a warm atmosphere where they genuinely care about their customers. They make an effort to chat and connect with diners whenever they can, and occasionally, they even offer complimentary local dishes. Considering the size of the restaurant and the limited availability of Japanese ingredients in Los Alamos, they have an impressive selection of sushi. I especially enjoy the chirashi and the salmon steak teriyaki. Overall, my experience at Cafe Sushi has been exceptional and far surpasses many other Japanese restaurants I've visited. I always love to support small businesses, and this one has truly won my heart.
