Bob's Bodacious Bbq - Los Alamos

I highly recommend this restaurant for events. I was a bit surprised to find out they were closed on weekends, but I left a voicemail to arrange a large takeout order for a job on Tuesday, which I planned to pick up on Monday. The staff was very accommodating and professional. The food was ready at the specified time, packed conveniently for transport, and it tasted fantastic. Our team was very pleased. Definitely recommended for events!

The service was friendly and the food was excellent. Both the pork and chicken barbecues were incredibly tasty, complemented perfectly by the sauce. It’s definitely worth seeking out!

Visitors to the city recommended Bob's to me for its authentic local vibe, attentive owner, and fantastic BBQ ribs and pulled pork. It was nice to see many locals enjoying the space, while others took their time reading or chatting. The atmosphere is relaxed and laid-back, making it a great spot for friends and family to enjoy good BBQ and drinks. I would definitely recommend it!

Looking for a BBQ place in this area. Food was okay but on the expensive side for what you get. Meat didn’t have much flavor and was a tad fatty but it was tender. Sauces were good. Spicy was good for me but not spicy like we are use to. We’ll maybe eat here again but continue our quest for our “favorite” BBQ. FYI: Due to meat prices being higher they have raised their prices but the menus don’t show it nor do they tell you that the prices are higher then what is on menu. So a bit of a shock when she rang up our order. Paid $30 for 2 brisket sandwich and 2 sodas. No extras, no pickle, no sides.
