Subway - Los Alamitos

This is my way to the subway. Not next for me, but I still go there because they make good sandwiches. Good, friendly service.

Generally there is a small and of difference between one subway to the next. This Subway is stellar because of the great service and friendliness of the staff and owner. A very welcoming, positive place

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I worked for Bridge Hospice and needed to order a plaque for a meeting with a doctor. Everything went perfectly, and the owner, Mark, was extremely personable.

One staff member seemed a bit overwhelmed. There were several party orders that caused issues for the managers on what should have been a great day for them. I understand that there is a significant labor shortage, but companies should be able to navigate these challenges without sacrificing their employees. Regardless, this staff member handled it well and was very apologetic, and I reassured her that it wasn't a big deal. Another man was also there to pick up his party order and was facing similar issues. I truly believe that being kind to one another or simply not being confrontational can quickly transform a situation into a positive one. Let's all aim to be nice!

Mark was fantastic! Unfortunately, I didn’t have any money to leave a tip, but both the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was clean, and the products and bread were fresh.
