After all, our drinks and the dishes were taken. Food As an appetizer Peperoni grilled in olive oil with garlic and white bread 4,50€, two beard leaves 4,50€ and three supplement salads 3,00€. Then the lumb of the house with roast potatoes 10,50€, the lapping steak with Madagascar potato sauce and roast potatoes 15,50€ and the medallion After another longer waiting – we already knew – the salads came before the soups – wait again. Soups were good, Peperoni fritted well with garlic, but in the pan and also salads carrot salad, herbal salad and leaf salad all fresh and well made. The lumbar vertebrae was slightly dry and the sauce lacked the taste. The medallions and the Rösti were fine. The pepper steak had enough peppercorns, but also here I lacked the spices and the roast potatoes with small onions and bacon cubes were not really scured. After all, there was a schnapps on the schnapps house. There is obviously no cash bonus here. Conclusion: Gasthaus not a restaurant with partly long waiting times.
