McDonald's - Lorain

I usually come to this McDonald's, never any issues with the people.

Don't trust the drive thru! Ordered a Big Mac value meal.

Very poor customer service. I waited 40 minutes for a doordash last night just for them to come out and tell me that they don't have my order in the system. Please do better!

Have been going to this location for years, service and quality of food have worsened. Service also very poor. I found a large piece of plastic wrap in my coffee.

This place had bad for a because really bad, but seems to improve still very long waiting times in the last month, but at least the personal is more professional, my order was right in eating was great! Whatever has been changed, keep it up! Kindness: love the play area is always open. we come here at least 2x per week
