Mcdonald's - Loogootee

Stopped here after a long day and evening at a game...I ordered and payed for food. 25$ worth. Get home..hungry, tired. I opened my 10 piece nuggets....1 NUGGET INSIDE! Upset and Tired, I went to bed called them the next day...nothing they can do...i wont spend my time or money there ever again... and would not recommend it. This has happened before and didnt complain, the one time i did..this is what i got.

We ordered a chocolateshake and got a vanilla with a small swirl chocolate. when asked if the chocolate was, it was said that the machine made it lol, and then the cup reads as small, but he tells me it's a medium. they still have a single order to get right, extra pickle on a hamburger is always a single pickle. they will pull them forward to wait for rhen, forget their there and say, oh well someone pushed their eating already, so we had to wait another 10mins for order. every trip to these mcdonalds is the worst customer service ever experienced.

I had to wait in my car for 30 minutes just to get a tea! This is unacceptable! Corporate, please take action!

I paid $12 for a large tropical smoothie and a double quarter pounder deluxe with cheese, but what I got was a huge disappointment. Both items were undercooked and barely out of the packaging. The burger was dry, with way too much mayonnaise and ketchup, just two pickles, and only one onion ring that was falling apart. It was really just a single quarter pounder with an extra piece of cheese. The first bite left a bad taste in my mouth, and I lost my appetite completely. I only managed to eat about a third of the burger and a small handful of fries before I tossed it back into the bag in frustration. I felt like I had wasted my money. Even the smoothie tasted watered down.

Every time I go to these restaurants, I'm asked to move forward in line. It seems like their main goal is to manage their service window times. Today, there were six cars that had to move ahead. It's disappointing that only owners who genuinely care about their customers would address such poor service at this point.
