They said it didnt say it for them, but clearly the online order shows it. My wife explained she couldnt have the cheese for medicalreasons, but they said it was our fault for not saying it. Screw this place. These people get paid more than what they areworth.
I am updating this review from a former negative review that I had previously posted which was an updated review that started with a positive glowing review. I can say that if and when I did run into a really poor experience the manger that I spoke with100% communicated any concerns and resolved it amicable which I sincerely appreciate. It?s nice to see the same familiar facesin the morning when I get my coffee and breakfast. As a consumer looking in it seems as though the managers really seem to careabout the crew members as well as the customers. Also to add to my personal experience I also deliver for Uber Eats sometimes onweekends and the restaurant is always quick and efficient when I?m picking up orders. Thank you for the smiling faces and goodmorning greetings! P.s For some reason they make my coffee perfectly. Same coffee I order other locations but this spot justmakes it perfect. Coffee is the key to my heart.
Recently the service has been falling off the deep end. For example this morning I ordered a chicken biscuit meal and a extra hash Brown and it took them 20 minutes to bring it out while helping everyone else after me in a timely manner. Food quality hasdecreased and they have been hiring rude and unhelpful employees.
HORRIBLE!!!!!! IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!! Visited this McDonald's on a Tuesday, placed my order, which consisted of a big Mac and 2 medium fries with no salt at 2:42pm thru the drive thru. Granted I understand that the no salt in the frieswould take a lil time to get, HOWEVER, I waited in parking spot #4 as instructed for OVER 20 MINUTES!!! Other vehicles pulledup after me in adjacent parking spots, their food was brought and left. I finally stopped a young lady that was bringing outsomeone else's food to inquire about my order that was placed over 20 minutes, she said she didn't know, I followed her in onlyto see my order being prepared at that time which was by now 3:07pm, when I asked what had happened I was told that someoneFORGOT TO MAKE MY ORDER!!!!! I then asked for my receipt as it was never given to me and had to wait an additional 8 minutes forthem to reprint it!!! So who received my food and receipt I have no clue but it wasn't me until I asked for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! And before I receive an auto generated response or a response from the owner, please know thatthere's nothing that you can do to placate me into remedying this situation. The reason I submit this review is so that otherconsumers can be made aware of the HORRIBLE service and maybe, just maybe have the owner take note to run a better establishmentso the consumer does not suffer this neglect!!!!! Oh and btw those NO SALT fries I waited 30 minutes for HAD SALT, I GUESS IT'SA GOOD THING I'M ON HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDS OR THAT COULD'VE BEEN A SERIOUS LAWSUIT!!!!!!!!!
The last 3 times I have been to this location has been awful. one day I sat in line for 22 minutes legit 13 minutes just from the time I ordered until I got to the first window... then they had the nerve to ask me to park and wait longer.. I legitordered one meal...and my muffin was legit BURNT!! ... another day I went inside bc same issue..I stood in line for 5minutes(person in front being a pain ok not their fault).... its literally my turn and she says use the kiosk and walks away!!!!Obv i left.... then today I go...the line was pretty quick...but they still ask me to park....finally get my food every thing iscold... no sauce...no extra fries for my happy meals. I never complain, bc I mean its mcds but man im so annoyed
