Whataburger - Longview

It took 15 minutes to give my food while I waited 2 vehicles behind me left someone came to the side door on the ride Dur gave them a burger who was a remake that I spoke to a girl named Morgan and asked her where she took this burger and she said she was throwing it well there was a garbage next to her, why she takes it on her back well when manger brought my food, I asked her what did she do, that seeing my food looks fresh? I'll call the office.

They never have it ready when they say it will be ready. 90% of the time you don't get what you ordered. Always check before you leave. Burger was soggy last week. Need a better training or something needs to change.

Fantastic service! They even picked up my tray when I was done. The dining area was very clean and the fries were hot.

This place was filthy floors had food and trash all over floor. had to clean toilet before you could use the restroom.. Food was cold and it was for drive thru.. Had receipt for 2 number 21's and said drive Thur.. But when ask said that's how they ring it up.. but we only order 1 so ticket was wrong.. service was not friendly at all..

Brittany is super friendly and was so happy! Like wow!! Most places now adays people are there to work but she had passion for everything she does! Thank you Brittany for being so kind
