Whataburger - Longview

The food was wonderfully fresh. The only issue I experienced was that a paid item was missing from my order. However, I contacted Whataburger, and a shift manager took my name and provided his name for me to note on my receipt to ensure I receive the missing item the next time I visit. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely return.

However, once inside, I found no employees at the counter. When someone finally appeared from the back, the curbside customers were already ahead of me in line. At this point, I realized that the whole curbside pickup process didn't mean much, and I had to wait in line again. When it was finally my turn, they couldn’t locate my order. Thankfully, they eventually found it at the drive-thru window. I took my order home, only to find that my food was cold and needed to be reheated. While the food itself was good, it didn't live up to the high standards that Whataburger used to have.

I'm so upset about this. Let's start from the beginning. There was one car in the drive threw when we pulled up. Our order was simple. 2 number ones, light mustard, and 1 small extra fry, for the little one. We waited in the drive threw for 35minutes..... 35 minutes!!!! Had I not already paid, I would have drove off! While waiting, we watched 4 employees pull thierphones out... not to mention we never got any kind of check in, while we were waiting. the fries are cooking, the burger iscooking, ect. When we got our food, we discovered that the Small fry we ordered, was thrown into the bottom of the bag. So Igave my little one a bag to his fries out of........ Just beyond frustrated. ????????

I just visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience! There's a lovely lady who always greets customers with a smile, and she usually works in the drive-thru. When she saw that I had my dog with me, she kindly offered him a dog treat! It was such a thoughtful gesture. I generally enjoy my visits here, but this made my day even more special. Thank you for your kindness!
