Taco Goyo - Longview

I dine at this restaurant at least once a week and I am never disappointed. The nachos, tortas, and tacos are all outstanding, and the various hot sauces are delicious. Definitely worth a try!

We visited a Mexican restaurant that had been on our wish list for a while. It is a small establishment located to the left of the light blue Contessa Inn, sharing a parking lot. The interior is cozy, with tables, stools, and a TV game. We were quickly served with chips, hot sauce, and drinks. One of our group tried the sweet rice milk concoction, which was delicious. We were recommended the Torta Combinada, which two of us ordered, along with some beef tacos. Another member of our party tried the wet esel with beef tacos. Our food arrived promptly, and we were provided with two types of green sauce to complement our dishes. The steak tacos and the wet eel were described as good, with the wet eel improving as it was eaten. The highlight of the meal was the unique and delicious tortas, described as a steak and ham sandwich on American hamburger rolls. The staff informed us that this is a traditional dish enjoyed in Juarez, Mexico. Overall, the food was above average, and we were impressed by the flavors. Our score for the restaurant was 5 out of 10 (1.5 for food, 1 for atmosphere, 1 for price, 0 for lack of diet options, 0.5 for service, and 1 for our willingness to return).

What-A-Taco. I ran over this place by chance, but I was hungry and had never eaten there, so I had lunch. 3 beef tacos with rice and beef and everything was really good, plus they could koks and I came out there for under $10.00, so it is high on my list of places to eat. I mentioned that the service was also very good. the only mistake I found was the tacos were the small versions, but I still have left full, but I prefer a full-sized taco. still a great place to eat and I'll always be. if they have not been there, it is located directly next to the contessa inn and opposite the volkswagen dealer on the north side of the highway 31.

Tacos Goyo has the best menudo in Longview, Texas ; served with slices of limes and chopped fresh jalapeños, onions, and cilantro, plus warm corn or flour tortillas. Great for breakfast or if you had too many
