They don't deserve a star. the service was terrible. the chicken was tiny pieces and overboiled and the Cajun rice broke out. how crazy is that? popeyes is known for his dirty rice and the one that serves him. I will not go back

- Oh, from management to the employees are rude. last time, I've always checked the customer correctly. first eating is always old cuz boil them too much huh and then try to sell it, fries are old and soggy. we pay for hot fresh food. then they can know that they don't care, guess what our money pays their salary. it is always so that we like popeyes, but this is tireless. close or clean house and rent good ppl that care.

This device needs help and has needed long help! the quality of the food that is passed from the drive thru is embarrassing! the top management must be changed or stop and take time to train their employees properly. this is a chicken stable and yet this is not edible!? the hew was very dry and hard as it had been all day! the phone number listed for this popeyes does not work, which is a huge red flag! Do not waste their money here!

Waited 30 mins to get my order taken, and went up to the window. And the manger was so rude said we can?t order in the window but she lady was nice enough to do it for us. Then they proceeded to just throw the food into the bag the fries weren?t even in a bad just in the Togo bag. Worse experience and I will not be coming back. Very rude people

I?m a DoorDash driver and when I pulled in the intercom wasn?t working they had me sit at the window for about 5 minutes before handing me the drinks and asking me to pull up and wait for the food. They only gave me 2 straws for 3 drinks and when I pulled up the time stamp I was late to pick up the food because it had been 15 minutes I?d been there. There was only one person in front of me when I got there and they didn?t ask him to pull up. Not happy and would not recommend this waste of time. Lobby was closed. I attempted to call the store and ask what?s taking so long because on most orders it?s just sitting there on the counter already for me there was no reason for me to wait 15 minutes. The phone number that they use on the store website doesn?t even ring. Update a week later and the wait time is 30+ minutes and the intercom is still broken. Staff were nice, but not treated well by their manager.
