Little Caesars Pizza - Longview

No very good situation to go constantly forgetting things I command, and the music is so loud that they have to yell at each other to their ridiculous

I came thru drive thru and workers never came to the window, I called their phone to order, finally hung up after 28 minutes…I told my husband if he go up there to order, be prepared to walk out mad after waiting 45 minutes. They just lost my service.

Ordered on line,food not ready when it said it would. Said they never received online order. Looked at my confirmation on phone, started making it.i had been dealing with a female employee who I thought was mgr. Male employee gave me my order,asked for parmesan. was told it cost and I would hafto order it. I asked for mgr and male employee informed me he was and refused to get female employee for me. I am aware that parmesan cost. I feel they could have given ne some for the inconvenience. It took over an hour and rudeness from him to get my order.meanwhile my delivery truck from Dallas was at my store waiting on me. That cost too. This has become a routine for this place.

Would have given more stars had the breadsticks not have been paper thin and had they not forgot the marinara sauce for them.The pizza was good just what we needed after a hectic day dealing with a family emergency.
