How can anyone not like IHOP? The service was absolutely fantastic. The French toast was perfect, and both the pancakes and hash browns were delicious. The most important aspect was the service. Please remember to tip well! It can be easy to overlook it because the meal prices are so reasonable. Our servers were truly wonderful and deserved every bit of what we left. I hope others will do the same!

My mom and I enjoyed a lovely, cozy breakfast. The staff was friendly, and we were greeted by the management once we were served. If you're 55 or older, they offer a special senior menu. The food was delicious!

I dined alone on Father's Day and noticed that the restaurant was bustling with people. Despite the busy atmosphere, I was greeted promptly after a short wait. My meal was excellent, and my waiter was outstanding, managing to provide great service even during the hectic rush. Overall, I am always pleased with my experience here.

To be ready at 8:30 a.m., but the app has messed up and didn't go through so that it wasn't ready when I arrived. they were very friendly and apologetic. the lady took my order and it was much faster than I expected.

Was good, not particularly amazing but a good place to go for lunch as the lines for breakfast are unbelievable
