Chili's Grill - Longview

This is a fantastic restaurant! There's always a table available, and the food is exceptional. It's the perfect spot for Tex-Mex cuisine, and I can't recommend it highly enough!

Disappointment with short employees my family and I were very well looked after by our waitress. the food was very refined and delicious

Update: started coming here three years ago and loved it. but we visited the 16th april for our jubilee this year and were not impressed. the inner was in disrespect and the staff was not knowledgeable, but we can understand a new employee. but eating was terrible. the hunch on my salat escape was so hard that you could hear it when you typed with a fork! Yes, after a question to two employees it was taken from our ticket but removed that our appetizer and dessert price increase at the point that there really is not much difference in our ticket made. we will probably not be back when they bring back the 2 for $25. table and stood dirty when we sat, had to ask him to be wiped. salt shaker was so baked that nothing would come out.

Had a great experience tonight. my mom chose her birthday. we sat pretty fast, we had luck with one of the biggest waiters. jake! Although he wasn't wearing khakis or a red polo, he was great. we had a big group, but it wasn't too big for jake. all our orders were correct, our drinks did not remain low or empty for any time. I recommend it very much!

It's interesting to note that Chili's in Longview has had five different general managers in the past decade. Perhaps the issue isn't with the managers themselves, but rather with their regional manager, Dave.
