La Villa Bella - Longueuil

I have visited this restaurant for lunch a few times and have been consistently impressed with the excellent food and very fast service. The prices are very reasonable. Their submarines are made with homemade sauce, which is truly the standout feature. I would highly recommend trying it.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday evening in early June. It was a peaceful night with a small crowd of diners. The service we received was friendly, polite, and top-notch. The food was of exceptional quality, especially the pasta dishes. The only reason I am not giving this restaurant five stars is because we felt it was a bit expensive.

We were invited by friends of ours to meet for dinner at this restaurant last night. It took a long time after the order was taken to actually being served our food.3 out of 4 appetizers were not fresh ( 2 salads and 1 calamares) .Three of the four main dishes had to be returned because they were so bad. Overcooked and tasted like old food. The second batch of main courses were not better. My wife and I did not eat ours. We left the restaurant very disappointed and still very hungry.The young waiter did his best considering the circumstances, and was very apologetic and polite. We left him the same tip he would have received if the food would have been acceptable.Needless to say we will not return......

Ce veut fine cuisine italienne et chic.... le décor est bien malgré que l'extérieur laisse à désirer. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Mais la bouffe.... à part la soupe aux oeufs et l'entrée de melon ça vaut pas le détour. J'avais pris l'assiette de veau qui goûtait le frigidaire... à ce prix horreur! comme dessert Le Ferrero Rocher avait aussi un goût de frigo, ce qui me laisse penser que côté propreté ça laisse à désirer. Jamais ce resto attirera une clientèle fidèle et ce malgré leur campagne de groupon et leur apporter votre vin. En plus toutes les personnes présentent ce soir là avait les mêmes pâtes comme accompagnement, pour un resto qui se veut un peut plus que la pizzeria du coin pas fort!

We went to the Grand Prix and wanted to have a nice brunch before the race. We stayed at the sandman hotel and this was only 2 mi down. What a wonderful surprise since we originally went to a restaurant but they denied us outside seating (which they had but wanted us to sit inside instead) so we left and went here instead. Thank heavens for mistakes! The egg sandwich was wonderful and so was the everything platter, the freshly squeezed OJ was a nice touch. And we got to enjoy the wonderful outdoors before the race.
