The food at this restaurant is overpriced and not very good. People only seem to go there for the sports or entertainment, not for the food.
I recently visited one of the best La Cage sport bars I've been to. The paintings of athletes on the walls are impressive, and the space is quite large with comfortable booths. The restaurant looks new and the service is excellent with minimal wait times. They even offer popcorn as a snack. However, I found the prices to be extremely high. I'm not sure if this is due to COVID-related increases to recoup losses, but $22 for a chicken wrap and a small cup of fries seems excessive. In my opinion, it should only cost $12.
My wife and I recently dined at Le Cage in Longueuil and had the pleasure of being served by Zachary B. He was an outstanding waiter, very kind, professional, and attentive to our needs. We mentioned that we were English speakers trying to learn French, and he went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Zachary truly made our experience memorable and we will be recommending the restaurant to our friends and family. We look forward to returning for another great meal. Thank you Zachary for your kindness and hospitality!
The restaurant was busy due to UFC night, but our server did an excellent job. I thoroughly enjoyed the dishes we ordered, and we ate a lot and had plenty of drinks for three people for less than $250. I highly recommend this place!
