Very impressed with knowledge of server and how they prevent cc. They have gf waffles, crepes, 2 types of gluten free bread. Toaster for gluten free bread, and waffle maker for gluten free.

So good! 99% of the menu is possible without gluten. Crêpe and gluten-free bread! This restaurant is now my favorite and far away! Dedicated kitchen! Go without hesitation!

The whole menu can be gluten-free on request. There are also lactose-free options.

Almost everything on the menu can be made gluten free and they have a dedicated work space to avoid cross contamination. Staff is very knowledgeable. I hadn’t been to a breakfast restaurant in over 2 years and felt very safe eating there, would recommend!

Portable gluten detector tested for less than 20ppm and the food was delicious! Will come back
