Taco Star - Longmont

This is the best taco restaurant I've ever been to, and that’s saying something! Just look at how beautifully our plates were presented! Every bite was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced. The staff deserves high praise for their careful attention to detail. Even though they were quite busy during my visit, the food was served quickly and was absolutely delicious!

This is definitely the best taco shop for Mexican food I've experienced since moving to California!

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 Carne asada fries are probably the healthiest version we've had. The carne asada is fairly lean with the fries more soggy. They were fairly stingy with the sauce so it was a bit on the drier side. Ambience: N/A ordered through drive through Service: N/A quick interaction since ordered through drive through Value for price: 4/5 good for craving but wouldn't go out of our way for this

This place is the absolute best! So delicious and quick. I highly recommend the huevos ranchers and the carne asada nachos.
