Smashburger - Longmont

So after church at flatirons, my family and I came to smashburger to celebrate my brother's bday. I think an employee(I think his name is delaine) had car troubles or something. So it was a one man show. Their was a family before us and the employee let us all know ahead of time that he was by himself. He did an extraordinary job great customer service. Still got our food out in a timely manner and the food tasted the best it ever has ever. Once the other employee showed up the other employee was very kind and pleasant as well. Thank you soooo much. I would give 6 review if I could.

I have been coming to this location for a couple years now. And tonight I ordered a Colorado burger with tots. Once I got home, I proceeded to find not one, but 2 hairs inside my burger. I have short hair and this is not a mistake. The front counter person was rude and on drugs as well. I am disgusted and will not be returning refund as well!

I got the double bbq bacon burger ? ?Was great but the haystack onion strings we're dripping in grease. Way too much grease I think there oil needs changed. I'll get a different side next time.

The burger well boiled, hot, even if we were home, fresh blows (also the avocados) and the tasty pommes with rosmarin were as good as possible, they had even bags of mayo with ketchup and senf to go, but best was the service. fast and efficient but reliable but not even in the bag to check (they know how with many or correct! because you can say they did it right. almost 5 stars, but no Bleu cheese to lay the burger, also from a drink machine.

These guys are great, and the Longmont location is top notch! Love the quality of food. The staff is kind and friendly. I usually use the app to order online but worth the wait if I have to order in person.
