Great food, generous portions, reasonable prices. The service by Juan Carlos the waiter was impecable! We highly recommend Rosario's restaurant.

The ceviche doesn't hold up to that of the Peruvian food I've had closer to the coast, as the fish didn't have the same quality or texture, but the Papa Rellena was a wonderful surprise!
