Red Lobster Longmont

My son and I visited after the Longmont Christmas Paradise. The prices were quite high, but that's not the restaurant's fault; it's just the cost of dining in a struggling economy.

My son is heading back to college, so we had a great time celebrating our final Sunday dinner tradition together.

The food was outstanding, and our server provided attentive service from beginning to end. It was a wonderful experience!

The Maine Lobster tail was not very sweet (I'm from New England and go back twice a year) and the bacon around the scallops was salty and burnt. Had to wait for a cracker to become available so a person in our party could eat thier Dungreness Crab legs. Server came back to let us know she was still waiting for a cracker to become available. Server was excellent along with the steak which was also cooked perfectly (Med Rare).

We eat her a lot and this was the worst night we have had here. Service was slow, we understand the server was new, but she never checked on us until I finally got up with our over cooked fish n’ chips and she came to ask what was wrong. She went to get us a new one and when everyone else was done brought it and it was still over cooked, you could break your tooth on it! The manager came over and she litterly said “it’s the same way we cook it every night.” I was just stunned by thiS. Not good customer service we are sorry to have inconvenienced them.
