My overall experience was great and the pizza was delicious, I had a special pepperoni pizza, a salad, breadsticks and for desert a double chocolate brownie. Everything was delicious and I would order from them again without hesitation.
Wishing I could leave no stars here. In the past we have really enjoyed Marcos Pizza, even going every Sunday after church. Just recently we experienced the worst. The staff is so incredibly horrible, one of the worst customer service experiences ever.It started right from the order with Anna. We were having trouble with the online app so we had to call in the order. Anna was the yeah girl. Every time we ordered something she said yeah. Not friendly at all, she must hate her job.We received our order via delivery and we were missing our salad. The only thing my daughter would eat and it was missing. We called the store and they put us on with the manager, while you would think the experience might get better it was worse.We asked to have the salad we paid for redelivered. The manager said he could not redeliver as they had so many orders and he didn’t even think everyone who ordered would get their pizzas. He said he would refund the salad and give us a $10 credit. We did not want a credit as we do not plan on eating here again. We asked to have the salad refunded and to have the $10 tip given reversed.Fast forward to today and the charge cleared the account for the full amount.If the manager would have done what was asked we would not be leaving this review. Pretty sure they stole from us considering we did not receive what we paid for or a reimbursement for the salad at the very least.
Pizza is great…customer service is soooo bad…as soon as I walked in this guy was so annoyed to take my order then brought out or food and was annoyed when I asked for plates..our cheese bread wasn’t even cut into slices…trying to enjoy a night out before the movies and this place will no longer be it….
It's covid era, staff is short so therefore service dips a little bit. But the pizza and wings were good and the only 2 employees were trying there absolute best.
I have literally never been so emotionally abused by a manager at a restaurant, in front of my young daughters in my life! Her name is Anna at the Longmont location. Beware, she has zero scruples and doesn’t care if kids are around, not a family friendly place!I was repeatedly told by the shift manager Nicole, I would get a refund for my order that took 2 hours and 45 minutes after being lied to by Nicole about the timing three times when I called inquiring why it was taking so long!Of course, the refund never appeared in my bank account so we went in to show them our receipt. Right away the manager, Anna treated us with such unkindness it was mortifying! This was only after she had told us to bring our receipt in to show it to her! Luckily we got the whole thing on video. So very sad that in the restaurant industry, where families go to enjoy pizza and have fun, we have to deal with such insane behavior. Truly shocked.
