Hampton Inn Longmont - Longmont

This was a nice place! It wasn’t anything real extravagant, but it was a cozy place with clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff and a nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is good, the breakfast is good and the service staff are very kind. The refrigerator in the room was not good and acted like a freezer. It froze all the fruits and yogurt we had kept in it. All the food was essentially ruined. Please check and replace or fix this refrigerator as it is extremely inconvenient.

Easy in and out location. Nothing directly next to hotel. Food is available on the main road about 1 block away. Easy access to I25 couple miles away straight up the main road 1 block away. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast. Nothing exciting.

Just fine overall. A bit out dated as Hamptons go so therefore over priced. Room was clean. The only initial issue, the AC unit rattled and buzzed something fierce because the front facing cover was loose. I wedged the chair in front of it and that made it better!

Overall, the room was fine clean, spacious, and comfortable. What sets this place apart is the service guests receive. We called ahead for early check in and KB, the manager on duty, found out from housekeeping when our room would be ready. After checking in, I was surprised to receive a text from her asking if the room was to our satisfaction. This was not some Hilton mass text, it was actually sent by the manager who helped us with the early check in request. KB deserves recognition for the excellent job she does.
