Excellent. If I could, I would eat here every day. Best service and staff of pretty much any place I?ve eaten. Food is absolutely delicious and prices are reasonable. Great place to fly or ride your bike to. Use caution for sky divers in area.

As a local of Longmont, I really enjoy visiting this restaurant! The food is tasty, and the prices are affordable. However, the highlight for me is the opportunity to watch planes take off and land, along with skydivers. It’s a fantastic spot for aviation enthusiasts!

Walking into the restaurant hungry and being met by three of the sweetest and friendliest smiles is always a great way to start. I love asking for recommendations because if I didn’t, I might just stick to familiar dishes and miss out on trying something new. This time, I opted for a breakfast sandwich called the Middle Seat. As someone who considers myself a foodie, having cooked all my life and being quite particular about my meals, I had high expectations. While my sandwich was being prepared, I noticed the chefs walking around, checking in with diners about their meals, and clearing away empty plates—something not typically part of their job—showing a genuine hospitality that was refreshing. When my sandwich arrived, I have to say, I couldn't think of a single recommendation to improve it. From the choice of bun to the freshness of the vegetables and the meticulous attention to detail, everything was perfect. I was particularly impressed by how the size of the bun forced the staff to pack it with filling. I will definitely be back!
