Przekaż informację zwrotnąUnfortunately this place has gone down hill. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was ONE waitress running to take care of every table inside and out as the manager was walking back and forth doing nothing at all. Did not even help the poor girl refill customer drinks. There were at least 15 to 20 tables with people at them. The prices for the pizza are a bit steep for the quality of the food and now there charge you a restaurant recovery fee on your bill too. The poor waitress got a good tip as she tried so hard and did her best but I don't think we will be back anytime soon.
I went here on a Sarurday evening expecting it to be packed. To my surprise, there was plenty of parking and plenty of seating inside. The inside was very clean (including the resrooms). The service was very prompt/professional, and our glasses were never empty. The menu had plenty of variety, though it could have used more pictures. The food was delicious, and they didn't skimp on the toppings! I will be going back here soon and will certainly be recommending it to my friends/family!
Spent $35 on a Cajun pizza. I had to remove a literal handful of chopped red onion from each PIECE of the pizza. They advertise the pizza as weighing 2lbs, most of it is just onion. Just a heavy, onion pizza. There's a lot of good food in Longmont, and much better pizza locally. Don't waste your time or money.I will say the Idaho Springs location is significantly better.
Tonight my fiance and I ordered a pizza. We are from Iowa and travelling. I accidently somehow placed the order for Evergreen, a city about an hour away, instead of the longmont one across the street from our hotel. We showed up to the Longmont Beau Jo's at the time our pizza should have been done to find out it was ordered at the wrong one and instead of making us drive to Evergreen, or charging us for a new pizza, they immediately started making us the pizza we wanted, called over to the Evergreen location and cancelled our order and had it refunded even though it was already made by then. Their service really impressed my fiance and we LOVED the pizza. Had the motherload mountain style. It was totally my mistake in ordering but Beau Jo's took the loss and only charged us for one pizza tonight when they technically made 2 for us. I apologize for my ordering mishap. I'm sorry Evergreen Beau Jo's, for the pizza you made for no reason. Thank you to both locations for being so willing to correct my mistake and for making us a delicious pizza!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Twice now in the past 6 weeks we have visited. The first time, it took a good 20 25 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us at the bar. This last time we ordered ahead of time. When we arrived, we advised we placed an order. The lady at the front said 3 5 minutes. We asked if we would be able to sit at the bar and eat, to which she replied yes. We went and sat at the bar. Five minutes go by, mind you no one has asked us if we wanted a drink. We didn’t exist. No acknowledgement. The lady from the front now tells us it’ll be about 15 minutes until our order was done meaning someone screwed up and either misplaced or forgot our order. No apology. No asking if we had been helped. NOTHING. This whole time, not one employee acknowledged us. Not even the manager, who was the manager both time we visited. He is awful at his job.We waited probably another 20 minutes. Finallyour pizza comes out. But we were standing up toleave before they even got to us with the pizza. The manager said nothing as he stood right next to us.FORGET THIS PLACE!!! Go somewhere that appreciates their customers.
