The Courtyard Cafe And Bakery

The food was average, but the coffee was delicious. Unfortunately, the desserts appeared to be old. The waitstaff was welcoming and attentive, although at times it was challenging to get their attention. The cutlery and glasses were not clean, and the cafe had a generally unkempt appearance. The floor and corners were dirty with insects, creating an unhygienic environment. The manager displayed rude behavior. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience and I do not plan on returning. On a positive note, the atmosphere was nice, quiet, and friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the negative reviews of the Courtyard that I saw here, as my experience was excellent and it has become one of my favorite places to eat. The food is delicious with generous portions. Personally, I love the Wasabi Wrap with salad, as well as the lasagna covered in sauce and melted cheese. The prices are reasonable and average. The staff really make the experience special, as they are all very pleasant, fun, and eager to serve. They have interacted with my children, made them laugh, and accommodated them. One staff member even gave my kids a bun as a treat for finishing their meals. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend dining here.

We decided to go here recently as we hadn't been in years. We were both going to have the lasagne but seeing the chef dish it out for another customer we decided against it. It looked totally dried out, no sauce at all in it. All the food looked like it had been cooked that morning and was left sitting under the heating lights for hours. We ordered the curry with chips and rice. The curry tasted good but the rice had loads of hard bits in it. It seemed like the rice was cooked that morning, left under the lights and when it ran low they cooked fresh rice and mixed it in with the older dried rice. The place is very clean, staff were very friendly and the place is decorated beautifully.

What a nice place to visit in the middle of a small shopping centre. While Ihad a homemade fresh roll my companion enjoyed a fresh Apple Pie and cream. The food was delicious and made to order. The staff were friendly. As my roll took a few minutes to make tne staff delivered it to my table.

Staff are nice to you when they never seen you before. When you return they are rude. The male chef is rude and the waiters can be rude and in professional. Will not return.
