This was my first time at this location. And I like this place. Great customer service.

I was recommended this restaurant by a dear friend that used to be a previous employee here and I am extremely disappointed by the phone experience I had while trying to place a takeout order. I called, asked to place a takeout order and started my order. I asked if I was able to get the panko salmon seared and was told they had a similar dish on their menu to what I was looking for. I said that was fine and the female told me that would take about 20 minutes. As she was saying that, it seemed as if she was in a hurry to get off the phone. (I completely understand that restaurants get busy) as I was trying to finish my order, she hung up on me. I called back and asked the female that answered if it was the same person I had just gotten off the phone with. Which she then proceeded to hang up again. Called back a second time, asked the same question and she hung up on me again. I called back and asked to speak to a manger where I was then asked who was calling I told her that it was the same person she kept hanging up on. I could hear her in the background saying that this psycho lady wants to talk to a manger. I got connected to Annie and was asked what she could do for me. I explained the situation and she told me she was sorry for what happened but what could she do to help me in this situation. As a manager that foresees all of the staff that represents you, I expect you to figure out a solution to what just took place. I told the manager to cancel my order because I would not be picking it up and I would not want them to waste their time. Which she then said she was sorry to hear that, as I was missing out on a very good meal. Completely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I had very high expectations due to my friend being very close to this staff here but I am completely appalled by how I was treated.

Great place! Great food! Good music! Been in business for years because of consistency, that's the key!

We just moved here from Colorado Springs and the food scene out here is lacking to say the least…but not this place!!! The staff is always so friendly! They are busy but not overwhelmed, I can tell that they all get along and work as a team. The food is quality. The only reason I give 4 stars for the service is because the food takes a bit long to come out, but it’s worth the wait!
