Checked in at the host stand and was told the wait would be around 20 minutes. Got seated an hour later. Put our order in, waited...server came out and said our food would be ready soon...waited some more...server came again and said they just finished a very large catering order and our food should be coming out soon...took another hour to finally get our food. Kid's meal was tiny and the side of grapes was inedible. Mac cheese special was good but pricey at $25. Side salad that came with my sandwich was excellent, much larger than expected and quality ingredients--lots of veggies--not just iceberg lettuce and a few tomatoes like other places. We sat outside on the patio, nice atmosphere, which was good since we were there for over 2 hours. I wish they would have been up front about the wait times.

Chatterbox was a delight. We didn't know what to expect and stopped on a whim and we are glad we did. Do yourself a favor and try the chatter eggs, I don't even like deviled eggs and was a fan, so... if you like deviled eggs, I'm sure you will love them. We will be back!

Yes 1 star. we got there at 6, seated at 7. Food, when we all got it, was very good. Charcuterie plate had 3 of the same meat, not 3 kinds as on menu. 1/2 of our order did NOT come out , cold fries with the burgers that came.. Kitchen did NOT make it. Food runner was unsure of what the food was, when it came out. 1/2 of us were finished when the other food arrived. Cold, from the refrigerator, tortilla for the shrimp tacos. Wrong drinks brought to table. unsure how you confuse water (ordered) for a vodka and soda. An old fashioned for a whiskey and soda. Yes the place was very busy, and the kitchen was in the weeds. but these were simple mistakes that cost the business a 6 top from ever coming back( 3 couples) Our server was fantastic. she was doing what she could. We understand you may be short staffed. Don't seat all tables then. Drinks were comped, missing food was comped. and a piece of free pie w/ice cream, sorry, did not make up for it.

Pretty decent joint. They have a great patio to enjoy a cute lunch outside. We had lunch after walking the apple-fest so I 'm not sure if the limited menu is all year or just for the event. Still it was plenty good. Not much to choose from and a bit pricey but still pretty good. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4
