The food was disappointing, the service was awful, and I had to wait 25 minutes for just a single slice of pizza. Overall, it was not a good experience.

Order has been completely incorrect three times out of five. Last time, waited an hour for the order to even be made and they never even made it, so I cancelled the order.

I understand that it was busy for Labor Day and the staff might have felt overwhelmed, but there’s no reason to be rude to customers. There was a sign indicating they would be closed until 4:30, and I just wanted to ask a question about ordering a Taco Pie, knowing it takes some time to prepare. Instead, I was essentially asked to leave and told they were closed until 4:30. Afterwards, I placed an order through the app and received a call while I waited for the store to reopen. If I hadn’t been with my family, who were excited to try this pie that cost over $100, I would have taken my business elsewhere.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed unsure about how to properly reheat their own pizza slices. The guy left my (rather pricey) slice in the oven for a few minutes, but it still came out cold and soggy. It was quite frustrating and felt pointless.

Read the reviews before you go to this place!!! I wish I did. Every bad review says the same thing for a reason. The manager has a terrible attitude, you order food off their menu annd they literally have no idea of what they sell. They told me they don’t offer what I ordered.. Also they’ll be out of an topping and assume you were supposed to know they were out of the product. They’ll still charge you for it though..A refund or an apology wasn’t offered. Just dirty looks.I have two stars because the pizza I did get wasn’t bad. But the service and over paying was.
