It will be great once it works out the kinks. I am being generous because the staff was so great but the way it is operated is bizarre. We were there on a Friday and beginning at 7:30 they kept telling us the kitchen was closed yet for two hours food continued to come out to other tables. We literally had to insist upon being served food. The line from the staff and the manager was the kitchen is closed for “most people.” The line did not play. I think it was an attempt at humor but it stunk sitting there hungry watching other tables get served. They missed out on so much food revenue because they kept telling selected tables the kitchen was closed while serving others. I was there for the band but cannot recommend it right now until they get their food service sorted out. It was a strange experience and but for the band, I would have left. Circle back when they operate more professionally.
Joined their wine club because I knew the manager at their old location but moved and they don’t let you cancel the subscription online. Last time I had about $100 in membership and they let me exchange for food because I don’t really drink wine. This time manager wouldn’t let me exchange even a portion of my $225 for food and forgive the rest. So cancelled my membership finally and left with a silly amount of wine I won’t drink.Live performance was also so loud. Hard to communicate with the server. BUT server was very sweet and helpful so redeemed a star because of her.
Went here with high hopes! Disappointed! Zero ambiance. Bad service. Our waiter truly acted like he didn't want to be there. Was going to order food, but service was horrible so we left. My glass of cab was good, but could have gotten that across the street where the service is always god.
Got to go wine tasting after ending up here wandering for something to do. ?I personally prefer white wine as red wine (to me) can be tart or dry, but they have great red wine for those prefer that. Sadly, I can't remember the names of any of the wines I tasted, but the evening sunset glow, the white wine, and live music definitely made for a peaceful and welcoming experience. ?
