Round Table Pizza - Long Beach

I was able to place my order before closing time, and the staff was really friendly about it.

Long Beach Round Table is a cozy little spot with just a few tables inside and a few more on the patio. I ordered my Maui Zowie at the counter and was the only customer there, aside from some food delivery drivers. Despite the phone ringing constantly with more orders, my pizza was prepared quickly, and I enjoyed it once I got home!

I always order a classic cheese pizza when I try out a new pizza place, and this one was just average. The staff was very friendly, but the atmosphere felt more like a fast food restaurant. I might consider going back, but I wouldn't feel obligated to.

Feel free to get Round Table pizza for kids if you like, but I think this is really pizza meant for adults. The toppings are top-notch, the dough is fantastic, and the specialty pizzas are outstanding. I usually don't go for pineapple on pizza, except when it comes to the Maui Zaui with its delicious Polynesian sauce. The service here is also excellent.

One great feature is that they allow you to push tables together, making it easy to accommodate larger groups and enjoy a meal together. The staff are incredibly patient and polite. As someone who uses a wheelchair and with a son who's also disabled, we sometimes face challenges in communicating our needs. However, the staff was understanding and took the time to explain any menu items we weren’t sure about. Overall, this place feels welcoming, and I truly feel at home here. They even have a large TV screen in the dining area. And the pizza? Absolutely delicious! When you ask for extra toppings, they really deliver—it's extra, extra, extra! Enjoy your visit!
