Rally's - Long Beach

If you use the drive-thru, be prepared to interact with an automated system. Despite being the only customer, it took a long time to receive my order. I waited at the window for about 5 minutes before the cashier finally came to take my payment. The burgers were messy and the fries were cold.

The experience was okay. I ordered the chili dog and noticed it tasted different from another location. The funnel cake fries had too much sugar on them. The restaurant is small and located at a busy intersection. I probably won't be returning.

I waited for thirty minutes inside the restaurant, but the staff did not have the courtesy to inform me that they were not yet open. Instead, they sneered and shooed me away, treating me like I was a bother. It's disappointing that they fail to engage with potential customers who brave the challenges of the neighborhood. They will regret their indifference when they struggle to attract business and end up broke. So frustrating.

The food and service okay... They need some kind renovations.. looks so dirty outside...
