Seriously, the best pho spot in long beach. i don’t know how they get the broth to be so heavenly. and the owners/staff are some of the most down to earth and friendly people. they always know how to brighten your day with the friendly service. i’m definitely a new regular
I always get the #6 with extra brisket my favorite, must try their house sause it's sweet but spicy with so much flavor the owners are very nice and it's family friendlyFood: 5/5
I ran to yelp to make this review!! New Pho is a must try if you live in Long Beach or if you are ever in the area. It definitely is a whole in the wall type spot but it did not disappoint. The owner thanked us for coming in before we even sat down and the service was impeccable the entirety of our visit. The thai tea was bomb and the pho broth was rich and flavorful. The lady serving us gave us apples (such a small gesture but super thoughtful) and gave me a flower on the way out. We will definitely be returning!! Best pho in Long Beach forsure!
First time here. I had the shrimp bun and it was delicious. The sauce was perfectly light. Had plenty of fresh veggies (important to me) and shrimp. The owners were extremely sweet and attentive.
