Katy's Bakery - Long Beach

I rarely write reviews, but I feel it is necessary to share my experience at this bakery. I inquired about the freshness of the bread I purchased, and was told it was baked in the morning. However, when I got home and tried the bread, it was not only dry but also hard, indicating that it was not fresh. When I contacted the bakery to express my disappointment, I was told to return it for store credit but not a refund. I am not satisfied with this resolution as I do not plan on returning to this establishment. Beware of this bakery!

I absolutely adore their cakes. I have been purchasing from here for years. The banana strawberry cake is hands down the best for all my special occasions. Thank you for the amazing experience.
