Honduras Kitchen- Long Beach

We went to Mother's Day. eating is very authentic as if you were eating at someone's home. this food is not spicy, nor should it be, and only very soft flavored with natural ingredients. we enjoyed the chicken stable and especially the grilled steak, like carne asada. our server was very friendly and super helpful in the navigation of the menu. the ambiente is very colorful, and it looks like it's a bouncy party place on Friday or Saturday night. parking is very close in the neighbourhood, and there is no connected parking space. I was just driving around a bit and finally found a block away. let them fall their companions first when it must be, and then look! The plantain chips are excellent with the warm salsa they serve.

Great eating! parking suck, but in any case will be again

Came here for Dine Out Long Beach. Got the $40 fixed price menu. Super yummy and great value. First time here and I'll definitely be coming back! Parking is terrible, but no fault of the Restaurant. That's just this part of Long Beach. I recommend taking an Uber/Lyft.

This was in a not so nice part of town but once inside it was clean and pleasant. The service was amazing and they were very helpful in negotiating a menu with unfamiliar food. They make their own fruit juice concoctions which they allowed us to sample. I chose the tamarind blend which was quite good. This is a neighborhood gem.
