Gaslamp Music Kitchen - Long Beach

The music and atmosphere here are fantastic, and the service at the bar was excellent. However, when we moved to a dimly lit area, we noticed some stains on the black carpet and peeling paint in the bathroom. Because of this, we decided not to try the food. If the visible areas of the restaurant are so obviously unclean, it makes me wonder how the kitchen is maintained and how the food is handled. We won’t be returning.

It's a combination of a bar and a nightclub! The Knyght Ryders, the band that performs on Fridays, brings incredible energy with their top 50 hits from the '80s, and the audience is full of enthusiastic fans all dancing to the rhythm. I had a fantastic time and will definitely return!

Parking was fine, but here a little early to be sure to get a place. Bar has decent choice, food is also quite good. We did not have a table reservation, but we were focused on lounge sessions by very accommodating staff who felt welcome and cared for us. Sounds good. Stage lighting must be improved. Monitors around the place were set to a variety of sports and not to the performance. That's great. The staff said they were working to get cameras on stage. If the performance on the monitors can be observed when the lighting will be a problem

We had an amazing time, the service was on the point, the owner is so friendly, the security is on the point, the food and drinks are really good, they always have great bands here. I loved that everything is handicap? accessible

I go for the bands not the venue crowded, no AC, No chairs for the common man. Too many drunks. And?was not a fan of the half dinner half show venue style not a cool setup. Felt weird.
