Fusion Sushi - Long Beach

I have visited this restaurant with my daughter for the second time. I used to come here with my friends many years ago, maybe 8 or 9 years ago, before my daughter was born. That's how long it has been since I last visited.

I want to take the time to appreciate a restaurant that never fails to bring a smile to my face on Thank You Thursday. It's hard to believe it's been 13 years since my husband and I first visited...

The restaurant is beautifully clean and inviting inside, a hidden gem from the outside. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere is cozy and well-organized. The sushi bar and Japanese-style tables with dim lighting create a romantic setting perfect for couples. My sister and I enjoyed our meal, although I found the sashimi portion to be a bit lacking compared to other sushi restaurants I've visited. However, the quality of the sashimi was excellent, and I would still recommend this place for its great staff, ambiance, and overall food quality. It's a little treasure that shouldn't be overlooked.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Everything was fantastic. The service was top-notch. I will definitely be returning. The Hungry Roll is amazing.
