Chipotle Mexican Grill - Long Beach

The staff is friendly and the food is fresh. Really good and better than many chipotles I was on.

Slow service. Only one in the line and a gentleman came from behind to help me when there were clearly 4 women in the front. Not cool. Because it was good. I always love Chipotle bowls. Great for leftovers.

Usually this place is not good when you try to pick it up. Parking is hard and there is hardly any time. Food compared to other Chipotle is okay. Sometimes they screw up the order by 15 percent of the time. I usually go to the signal hill now because of parking and food freshness. I'll go here this week if I know it's easy to pick up. Not only for me, but also when I get the door.

Ordered from the chipotle app. Got maybe 1/3 of a full bowl. Barely any chicken or guac. Guess covid is hitting this restaurant hard and they need to ratio their food…. Trashhhh

I ordered a Chicken Salad via DoorDash. Please look at my photo and let me know where all the Salad part of the meal is. I didn 't ask for rice or beans (I figured there would be more room for the salad). But who ever made my Salad felt like romaine lettuce was too costly to put more in the meal. This is honestly embarrassing if this is called a Salad . Lettuce is so cheap Chipotle! Why are your employees skimping on this? This is the second time I 've ordered a salad and it came out lacking. I also ordered 2 this time around and they both look like this. 2 stars because it was still delicious, but I feel very ripped off for paying $7.25 for this. Very sad because I do enjoy eating at Chipotle but this location needs work.
