For our main courses, we chose Chicken Brochetta, Lamb Brochetta, and Paella Valenciana, which features a traditional blend of seafood, chicken, and chorizo. I was disappointed to find that the paella was not as flavorful as I had hoped. I enjoy seafood, but the dish was just average. Even though there were other paella options to choose from, I wanted to stick with the traditional fare since it’s a Spanish restaurant. Next time, I might opt for one of the other choices. The Chicken Brochetta was also dry and lacked seasoning. Now, for the best part – the Lamb Brochetta! It was truly delicious, tender, and practically melted in my mouth, perfectly spiced. The presentation was excellent and had an exotic touch. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic, and if you're in the mood for some salsa dancing (though I know it's not a Spanish tradition), they offer salsa classes above the restaurant. If you’re lucky, you might even get to enjoy some live flamenco guitar music. On a negative note, parking in Long Beach is becoming increasingly difficult. Be sure to check public parking options, especially on Saturdays, as metered street parking is still enforced. I’d rate the service at 3.5 stars instead of a full 4 because our server seemed to disappear for a while, and suddenly a sous chef was serving us instead. Don't miss their Happy Hour, where you can enjoy delicious cocktails like Margaritas, Mojitos, and Martinis for just $4, along with half-priced appetizers!

The best tapas in Seville – dates stuffed with Cabrales blue cheese! The decor is elegant and modern, with a hint of Spanish tradition. The staff is friendly, and their Seville Sundae for dessert is absolutely delicious. Drizzle some Crema de Alba (brandy) over it, and you’ll be hooked! They also serve incredibly refreshing Sangria Mojitos.
